- The Yellow Rose Awards for Program were presented to:
- LWV Sacramento County for its work on opposing Ballot Measure L for Strong Mayor System in Sacramento City.
- LWV Palo Alto and LWV South San Mateo County for a join effort towards New Voices for Youth, a youth engagement project.
- Voter Service Awards were given to LWV Diablo Valley, LWV Oakland, LWV Fremont, Newark, Union City, LWV Pasadena Area, and a Voter Service Cornerstone Award was presented to Sandra Wolber.
